Mike Hackney

Sr. Director of Business Development

Mike leads the Business Development efforts at CDE.  His focus is working with partners in the payments market that have needs for fulfillment services which includes Payment & POS hardware provisioning, Merchant Activation, Merchant Help Desk, and Asset Management.

Mike has worked in the payments industry for over 27 years.   His background includes merchant acquiring, retail banking, POS, mobile, and check payments.  He has served in senior level roles within business development, sales management, and marketing for companies such as Ingenico, Sage Payments, and iMobile3.

Mike has been married to his High School sweetheart for 31+ years.   When not working, you will find him either performing community service in his county, playing tennis, golfing, or hiking a mountain.


Cindy Stewart

Senior Director of Enrollment and Retention

Cindy is CDE’s Senior Director of Enrollment and Retention, managing the sales and customer retention teams for CDE. Cindy works to increase revenue and customer base by coaching and mentoring sales representatives. Cindy has proven success in directing sales and client relations for a number of companies including Automatic Data Processing and Gateway EDI/Trizetto Provider Solutions. Cindy has more than 20 years of experience in the payments processing industry which includes co-founding an Independent Sales Organization, Pinnaclepay Merchant Services.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hiking, gardening, working out and other outdoor activities. Cindy has one son, Joshua, who is an attorney with Fulton County, Georgia.


Tom Cesario

Senior Director, POS Solutions

Tom leads the strategy and development of new POS Solutions being offered through CDE. He works with the CDE Partner Services, Business Development, POS Support, and leadership teams in bringing new products to market.

Tom has over 28 years of Payments Industry experience, with roles in Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Service Management.    He has served in leadership roles at Elavon, Nova Information Systems, and Bank of Boulder.

Tom is married, and him and his wife Becky love to travel. They try to go to one or two new destinations each year. Their latest venture was to Jamaica in January.  They also attend many Atlanta Braves games. Tom enjoys golfing and watches a lot hockey, baseball, and football.


Bill Parker

Product Manager

Bill brings POS expertise to CDE from several years spent working at Ingenico and First Data.

He is responsible for deployment readiness, product certifications, and associated deployment documentation.

Bill is married with three young children. Time permitting, he enjoys playing the guitar and sleeping.


Brandon Box

POS Support Services Manager

Brandon works with the Business Development group and CDE’s partners in pre- and post-sales support, including certifying and implementing new solutions and products. His team also works to ensure scalability and ongoing excellence in the Support Services and Deployment areas.

Brandon has 8 years’ experience in the Payments industry. He previously led the POS Support Services group, and supervised operations in Deployment for CDE. Brandon also held roles in Relationship Management, Deployment, and Inventory Management while working with First Data.

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren, and their friends and family, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. He strives to one day become a Jeopardy champion.


Amanda Kavanagh

Partner Relationship Manager

Amanda studied at the University of Texas at Brownsville and started her career working retail management and customer service in Virginia. She then moved to Georgia 8 years ago and worked for a cleaning and restoration supply distributor, Jon Don, for 4 ½ years. Afterwards, Amanda accepted a Customer Relations Manager position at Microbilt, a risk management company, and was there for 2 ½ years before she made her way to CDE as a Relationship Manager.
