Chief Technology Officer
Joseph currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at CDE. He is a payments executive with over 24 years of experience in merchant acquiring and payment processing technology. Joseph has been instrumental in building the business by bringing new technologies to market. Prior to being CTO, Joseph served as the VP of Sales at CDE for over four years.
Joseph resides in Kennesaw, GA and has 2 daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer.
VP of Information Technology
Mark Buckner serves as CDE’s Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for all facets of the company’s business systems and technology infrastructure.
Mark stands at the forefront of the fast-moving technology field. Over the past twenty plus years Mark has established a consistent record of delivering value add services and projects that align with business strategy by transforming Information Technology into a flexible, scalable organization that promotes innovative and cost- effective technology solutions. Before Joining CDE, Mark was CIO for Superior Essex, Inc. a leading manufacturer and distributor of wire and cable products.
Mark and his wife Lisa, have two children: Alyx and Evan. Mark recently ended a 12-year run coaching youth travel baseball. He now focuses on his golf game and other less frustrating outdoor activities.
Chris Ensley has worked in financial services and consulting for over twenty years, helping financial institutions improve performance, increase sales and expand into new markets.
Before joining CDE Chris worked for several companies including Bottomline Technologies, MasterCard, Clarity Services. He built brand awareness, prospected, coordinated testing, and developed client relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
Chris has worked on enterprise-wide performance culture engagements for numerous financial institutions throughout the U.S. – drawing on his extensive experience in areas such as in-branch servicing, sales, service training and coaching. Other areas of Chris’ expertise include Acquisitions/Mergers, De Novo, Product & Pricing and Corporate Compliance Oversight.
Chris earned an MBA from the University of Memphis. He is married with four children; Emma, Lily, Anne, and Owen. In his spare time, Chris enjoys taking part in triathlons, snowboarding, and riding his motorcycle.
Currently serving as Purchasing Manager, Adam originally joined the CDE team in 1998. Working his way through various departments, Adam learned the daily routine of the company and was instrumental in suggesting and implementing several time and financial saving strategies for areas within production.
Leaving in 2005, Adam joined the U.S. Army where he served as a Combat Engineer for nearly 10 years. After three tours of combat duty SSG Lemmerman was medically retired from the Military and returned to CDE.
His first appointment upon his return was Production Manager, where assisted in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, completely revamping the production facility.
In his current role of Purchasing Manager, Adam now provides his expertise in acquiring equipment and supplies to meet the organization’s operational needs.
Most of his free time is spent with his wife Keri, rearing their three young daughters; Jenna, Grace and Scarlett. Adam is a member of the Knights of Columbus through his church, is an avid golfer, and a Cleveland sports enthusiast.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Lori London is the Marketing and Communications Manager at CDE. She joined the team in November 2015 and has played a key role in establishing and maintaining the brand image and voice. Lori manages all of the company’s marketing efforts including content, social media, email marketing, and print.
Lori began her career in marketing with an ecommerce subscription-based company in June 2014, after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Cincinnati. Her experiences working on a small team with limited resources allowed her to develop knowledge and skills in nearly every aspect of marketing and branding, both digital and traditional, in just a short period of time. Since moving from Cincinnati to Marietta to join the CDE team, Lori has worked to boost brand awareness and establish CDE as a thought-leader in the payments industry.
Lori enjoys spending time with her two furbabies; a 5 year old pit bull named Phineus and 3 year old tabby cat, Athena. She also enjoys reading, writing, watching documentaries, and attending a variety of dance classes.
Barry Madel is President of CDE Services and responsible for leading the CDE team’s execution of initiatives to continue the solid growth they have experienced in the past years. Barry has a unique blend of experiences from leading both small ($10MM) and mid-sized ($250MM) businesses for public and private-equity organizations in a variety of industries. Before he came to CDE, Barry was the President/CEO of The Craft-Art Company, where he led the creation of an online retail store, automated all pricing, and diversified the product portfolio.
Barry and his wife Joyce have eight grown children and enjoy spending time with them and their children. In his spare time, Barry enjoys playing golf and exercising.
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Merchant serves as CDE’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility to establish the vision of CDE’s data architecture and leverage that information to better understand CDE’s performance across business lines as well as produce analytics that support a wide range of business decisions from operational to strategic. Daniel has previously served as Production Manager and Director of Operations providing him with a comprehensive understanding of CDE’s capabilities and processes in all areas of the business. Daniel has been instrumental in the ongoing development of CDE’s goEBT program.
Prior to his tenure at CDE, Daniel worked in the commercial construction industry for over 20 years as a Senior Project Manager for several Top 5 US construction companies. Working on projects ranging from $1MM to $300MM allowed Daniel to develop a wide range of business skills that have translated well to the operational needs at CDE.
Daniel and his wife Debbie have twin daughters, Evelyn and Amelia. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors rock climbing, back packing, camping and biking with his family.
Director of Operations
Kevin Moynihan is the Operations Director responsible for receiving, repair, inventory and deployment activities.
Kevin has an extensive background working with Fortune 500 Companies managing automation projects, system enhancements, process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and overall operational flow. His supply chain experience covers factory automation, manufacturing, inventory and distribution disciplines. Kevin came to CDE Services from TASQ where he worked in a similar role.
Kevin resides in Woodstock,GA. He is married with two adult children. In his spare time he enjoys working out, golf, racquetball and exploring Northern Georgia.
Controller, Human Resources Manager
Doreen serves as CDE’s Controller and oversees the company Human Resources Department. Doreen is a CPA with a BBA and an MBA from Niagara University. She has been in accounting for 25 years. Doreen spent most of her career as a controller for RR Donnelley, where she worked as a financial executive for multiple brands generating revenues over $60M+. While at RR Donnelley, she implemented a number of changes that improved both the operations and cost management a great deal.
Doreen also held the role of Regional Finance Manager for Classic Party Rentals in the Southeast and Midwest, where she improved Accounts Receivable collections by over $1M.
Her hobbies include tennis, gardening and enjoying the beauty of the beach. Doreen spends the majority of her free time with her two wonderful daughters who are her joy and inspiration.
SVP – Commercial Leader, POS Solutions
Randy Siebold serves as CDE’s Vice President of Business Development, focusing on growing the companies point of sale solutions business. Over the past twenty plus years Randy has held numerous sales and business development leadership posts in the payments industry, most recently serving as Vanco Payment Solutions’ SVP of Business Development where he was responsible for establishing channel partnerships. Prior to that, Siebold was head of sales for Capital Payment Systems (now Bluefin Payment Systems).
Randy and his wife Linda have two daughters. He also enjoys tennis, golf and anything outdoors in his free time.
Call Center Director
Cindy is CDE’s Call Center Director, managing the call centers for CDE. Cindy also works to increase revenue and customer base by coaching and mentoring sales representatives. Cindy has proven success in directing sales and client relations for a number of companies including Automatic Data Processing and Gateway EDI/Trizetto Provider Solutions. Cindy has over 20 years of experience in the payments processing industry which includes co-founding an Independent Sales Organization, Pinnaclepay Merchant Services.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hiking, gardening, working out and other outdoor activities. Cindy has one son, Joshua, who is an attorney with Fulton County, Georgia.
