Business Development Manager
Chrissy is the Business Development Manager for CDE. Chrissy’s focus is generating increased revenue for CDE by leveraging her many relationships and experience with ISOs and acquirers in the payment industry. Chrissy most recently worked at Vanco Payment Solutions and drove business development initiatives to develop new integrated channel partners. She has also held sales roles with Meritus Payment Solutions, SpotOn, and CPAY.
In her spare time, Chrissy enjoys weight lifting and crossfit, she attends many sporting and family events with her husband Paul and 4 children. Chrissy will be working remotely out of her home in the Greenville, SC area.
POS Product Solutions Manager
Steve Sota is Manager of Product Services and POS Solutions for CDE. Steve is responsible for implementation of all new products and services and also evaluation of new technology. Steve is also responsible for industry compliance and auditing of the CDE PIN encryption program. Steve is a Payments Industry leader with over 23 years in the industry.
Prior to CDE Steve was a Senior Solutions Engineer with Ingenico where he lead large partners through EMV integration and certification projects. Prior to Ingenico Steve spent 20 years at TASQ/FDC in various roles from Director of Deployment Operations to Director of Product Services and Compliance.
Steve has been married to his wife Courtney for 21 years and has three sons Jordan, Nathan, and Brennan. Steve loves coaching his sons football and baseball teams, is a musician and singer, and enjoys the outdoors with his family.
Partner Relations Manager
Sheryl is the day-to-day primary support interface with our major partners. She ensures that relationships and production for our existing POS solutions customers is optimized for their business’ success. Sheryl has been in the industry for 9 years and has previously held roles at World Pay and First Data.
She attends many sporting events and activities with her two children. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, hiking, and swimming.
POS Support Services Manager
Brandon leads the POS Support Services group. They are responsible for setting up new merchant accounts, configuring account software, and training merchants on how to install and use their point of sale systems. This team also operates the help desk merchants and clients call into for support of active point of sale systems. Previously, Brandon supervised operations in Deployment for CDE. He has held previous roles in deployment and inventory management at TASQ.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
